By accessing this website, placing a cargo order, or accepting booking confirmations with Elitesfreight, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms, conditions, and regulations outlined herein. If you do not agree with any clause in this service contract, you must immediately terminate use of our booking services.

These terms govern all transactions, shipping requests, terminal handovers, and customs declaration processes coordinated by Elitesfreight, regardless of whether routing occurs via air, ocean, land, or regional courier networks.

Elitesfreight acts as a licensed freight forwarder, terminal consolidator, and customs logistics manager. Our services include booking space on air carriers, sea vessels, and land trucking fleets; preparing manifest documentation; and customs brokers clearing at national border terminals.

We reserve the right to select alternative routing paths, carriers, or transfer hubs without prior consent if necessary to safeguard cargo integrity, satisfy transit deadlines, or comply with unexpected terminal holds.

All shipping weights and dimensional metrics declared by the client are subject to verification upon terminal receipt. If dimensions differ, Elitesfreight reserves the right to adjust billing rates to match actual cargo profiles.

It is the shipper's sole responsibility to ensure all goods are packaged, protected, and labeled in accordance with shipping guidelines. Shippers are fully liable for any terminal damage, carrier contamination, or cargo loss resulting from insufficient packaging.

All shipping rates are due upon booking confirmation unless custom corporate terms have been authorized. Payments must be processed through bank wire transfers, credit card portals, or authorized invoice billing.

Quotes do not include government custom tariffs, border import duties, regional terminal security clearance fees, or cargo inspections. These extra charges are billed directly to the consignee's log upon cargo clearance.

Elitesfreight strictly prohibits the shipment of hazardous material classifications. Customers agree not to dispatch any cargo containing:

• Flammable chemical liquids, toxic gases, or corrosive acids.
• Loose lithium battery blocks (without certified shipping documents).
• Narcotics, illegal contraband, or restricted B2B weapons.
• Perishable products or fresh food (unless climate-controlled containers are booked).

Cancellations requested 24 hours prior to container collection receive a full refund. Cancellations made after Elitesfreight has picked up the cargo, generated waybills, or reserved space on air/sea carriers will incur terminal holding and processing fees.

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by weather conditions, custom holds, documentation errors by the client, or international port strikes.

Elitesfreight' total liability for cargo damage, transit loss, or delay is strictly limited to the declared cargo value or the maximum standard limits defined by international maritime (Hague-Visby Rules) or air cargo (Warsaw/Montreal Convention) treaties, whichever is lower.

Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive third-party cargo insurance to protect high-value commercial shipments from unforeseen transit risks.

These terms and conditions, alongside all shipping contracts and logistics services, shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with local commercial statutes, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal dispute, arbitration process, or litigation proceeding originating from service bookings shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of regional commercial courts.
